In this case study, I walk through two wholesale deals located in Hollywood and Boca Raton FL. My partner won the first deal at a foreclosure auction that we quickly flipped to a big local rehabber. We used our negotiation skills and the buyer accepted the full asking price landing us a nice profit of $6,925 with no contract involved. On the second deal, my partner purchased the property on an auction website that we agreed to a 50/50 split on the profit for any wholesale deal. Through our knowledge that we learned through the Mastery program, we decided it would be best to wholesale this deal rather than to rehab it. We listed the property on Craigslist, Facebook, Bandit signs and through the expertise of the original wholesaler of this deal. We sold the deal through a buyer that the original wholesaler found .
