2. Not Targeting The Right Prospects
While you will no doubt be happy to be flipping real estate to anyone who is interested your marketing efforts are going to see much better results and your marketing budget go a lot further if you make sure that you are targeting your ideal customers. For real estate investing companies this means choosing the right keywords, using the right language in your ads and making sure you put your ads in the right places at the right times.

3. Failing To Build A Fan Base
You could be posting amazing deals on your website or links to extremely valuable info on your Twitter and Facebook accounts but if you don’t have fans and followers there to read and look at them, they are not going to have a wide impact. Take a few minutes and think about how you can beef up the numbers of followers and fans your real estate investing business has online so that you get the most out of every post.

4. Not Doing Enough
Some real estate investing companies simply are not doing enough marketing. So see real results from most forms of marketing you have to do it consistently and do a good amount of it. You can see results if you are working with a tight budget, but it will take longer. To get the most out of every marketing dollar, build blocks that can be re-purposed.

5. Follow Up
Are you following up? On every lead and as quickly as you should be? When it comes to real estate investing and sales it is often just showing up and being the first to offer your services that gets you the deal. Make sure this is you!
