Finding a deal in Northern California can be tedious to put it mildly, Silicon Valley is an extremely HOT real estate market due to the incredible job market and relentless hiring. Had it not been for working my way from an engineer to a Senior Technology Architect in the biggest companies in the South bay area, I would not have a clue how to break into this amazing market space. San Jose, has been labeled as the Capitol of Silicon Valley where the housing inventory is extremely low, so often times there is a bidding war of over 20+ buyers for each property being listed on MLS. I learned many tricks from the Fortune Builders and their toolchain, ultimately utilizing all the tricks including the website, apps following the FB system was able to flip a single family home in Campbell California and cash quickly for the next deal, this is how I am able to work on 3 deals in the last year alone!! My last flip took 28 days to close, however we had over 250 showings in the OPEN house weekend, new record! By Monday right after the OPEN HOUSE we had over a dozen offers to choose from. My teams' hard work paid off in less than 4 months to renovate an old property into a modern great home.rnrnThanks to Than and Paul & JD Esajians I was able to work the magic of the FB system to my advantage in a very competitive market space and sell at a price of $1,300 sq/ft my first flip with as a Mastry student. 51 homes sold within .5 miles of Springfield Drive in 2017 (including 23 homes after mine closed). Of those homes, only 8 others sold for greater than $1000 per square feet; within the tightest being $1171.66 sq/ft sold two weeks after mine sold.
