This 4 plex was BY FAR the worst one on the street! YIKES. Other investors had improved several of the other properties around this one, but WOW this one was bad when we got it. We bought it empty - which was difficult because of the long term tenants (and hoarders) were displaced. We found many other issues hiding behind the hoards that we did not expect. We shifted the bedrooms in the 2 bedroom units upstairs, upgraded the common laundry, and improved the property overall. Now it is the best one on the block!
