FB introduced us to conservative real estate investing and entrepreneurship principles that have allowed us to reduce our risk and produce 'top property' results in a short time. We used the MLS offer system to ID properties with long days on market with good upside potential. Using renovation systems, we were able to force the appreciation of the asset, increase rental rates and 'stand out' from the crowds with more marketable properties.
