Than Merrill, star of A&E’s “Flip this House” and the Co-Founder of FortuneBuilders.com and CT Homes, LLC is one of the most successful real estate investors in the nation. In the past eight years he has bought and sold a total of over 500+ properties nationwide.

Than also coaches many other successful Real Estate Investor’s and business owners around the country. The key to his student’s rapid success is the franchise like systems he helps students set up within their business. Than’s mantra is derived from the belief that “Business Process Automation” is the key to insuring guaranteed success in any marketplace. Than absolutely loves guiding other investors towards financial freedom by teaching them the principles of how to invest strategically.

Than enjoys spending his free time playing beach volleyball and any other sport that he still thinks he is young enough to play. Than is often called the “Al Bundy” of the office. Than Merrill is a graduate of Yale University and a former NFL football player. After a very successful college football career, he played two year with the Chicago Bears and Tampa Bay Buccaneers before moving into a career in real estate development.
