Hi FortuneBuilders Team,
Sylvia and I wanted to send a big THANK YOU your way!!! With your help, we have successfully completed and sold our first rehab within 4 months of becoming FortuneBuilders Students. Our first rehab was completed in just over 3 months from demo to sale! We partnered up with another FortuneBuilders student we met at Paul and JD’s Rehab Bootcamp in November. We utilized everything we had learned from the seminar, including all the forms provided. Even though we were newbie’s, we felt like we could do it thanks to you and your program. Now we are onto our 2nd rehab! We completed the rehab work in just 3½ weeks! The home is now listed for sale. The guidance and support we have received as FortuneBuilders students has been invaluable! Thank you for paving the way for us. We are absolutely enjoying our new lives as Residential Redevelopers.
