We purchased this home off the MLS after it fell in and out of contract multiple times. This house is was built in 1911 and needed a major facelift. We decided to dig out the existing concrete basement floor to gain an 8' ceiling height. By doing this we were able to add another bed, bath, and sizable living space. We converted one of the 4 bedrooms upstairs to a large master bath to accommodate today's buyers. We replaced everything in this house and left nothing untouched. What is even more appealing is that this property is located in a historic district and we had to follow a number of exterior guidelines.
