This deal was wholesaled to us through another investor. When we purchase it, the lower level of the house (below grade) had mold present from a toilet overflowing and flooding the entire bottom level. We had the entire house treated by a mold specialist before any renovations could begin. The entire house was renovated or upgraded in some form. The original floor plan was a 4-bed, 2-bath, but we turned a good portion of the lower level into a new master suite making the remodeled house a 5-bed, 3-bath. We also added a large deck to the back of the house.
