This was a foreclosure property in really bad condition. I was able to purchase the property for 65% ARV. My contractor was amazing and was able to make this home something beautiful that everyone would want. The first day my agent listed the property we had 4 couples come by the next evening to see it. Three of the couples loved the property and one couple completed their rental application right away. They were approved and signed their lease and submitted their deposit the very next day to move in right away. They said as soon as they entered the property they fell in love and just knew it was the right rental for their family.
