Case Study

How did you find and structure the financing of this deal?

No financing needed. I put it under contract with no money down and did an assignment of contract.

Provide a summary of the repairs and improvements you made to the property.

How did you find a buyer for the property if you sold it?

I got a call from an investor who saw one of my bandit signs and was interested in doing his first rehab. I added him to my buyers list and called him once I put this property under contract.

What are some of the major lessons learned that you would like to share with other students that they can learn from?

Follow the systems and trainings! You may make mistakes (I did) but if you follow the systems and the process, then you will be fine. Get out there and get your first deal done and get some positive cashflow! Even if its only $5,000.00

Shout Outs & Testimonials

Shout out to Joanna Anderson from A-Team Marketing! She is a wealth of knowledge and has answered many questions for me as I completed my first deal. She even ran comps on the property so that I could compare mine to hers! Our comps were the same and that gave me confidence that I was doing everything correctly!
