We purchased this house from the County Assessor less than a month of joining the FortuneBuilders Mastery program. The house is located in a very desirable area on a large ¾ acre. We had the property surveyed and did a short plot subdivision and now own the lot free and clear with the intent of building a new house on it. The abandoned house had extensive fire damage and required 7 dumping trailers for all of the accumulated garbage. We completed a total renovation which included adding additional square footage, re-wiring the home and we also tore down the old garage and rebuilt a new one. The community provided us with lots of positive attention and countless inquiries to purchase the home before it began to take shape. We had the house under contract 3-months before completion. The house was completed as scheduled and we closed on the deal.
