Working with Fortune Builders, Nevada Corporate Headquarters, Horizon Trust and Titan Bank we opened and funded two passive income LLCs. Equity Investment Holdings LLC (Kim's LLC) and Equity Capital Investments LLC (Tim's LLC). We then contacted John Blackburn from the Passive Income Club and after three teleconference discussions, we arranged to meet at the Phoenix Bootcamp where we firmed up a plan to meet with Marq Cobb from Memphis Invest. Marq provided a list of rental property opportunities, we made our final selection and were then introduced to Bridge Capital to begin the financing of our first investment property.
