Provide a summary of the repairs and improvements you made to the property.

This was a total renovation including removing walls, installing a beam, installing a completely new kitchen and half bath on the main floor. We separated the basement into a separate suite with private access. There was new flooring throughout the house and a completely new master en-suite upstairs with a walk in shower, his and hers walk in closets and up stairs laundry.

How did you find a buyer for the property if you sold it?

Following your instruction we listed the property on the MLS not long after acquiring the place and managed to find a buyer that signed a contract two months before completion.

What are some of the major lessons learned that you would like to share with other students that they can learn from?

A very important point I would like to stress to new students is the importance of having a detailed scope of work and making sure you walk through with the contractor at the start of the job listing any changes and having them sign off.
