We did and ending up coming down on her proposed price by $5K since it was something left by her mother who had passed. We found a contractor in the area who already did new builds and we were able to secure the project through him. Several months later (9 months) the project was completed and listed. 3 contracts fell through due to financing, but we were finally able to close the day before thanksgiving.
