I acquired this distressed property via a real estate agent that I met on Zillow. The deal was funded with a hard money lender and the gap funding was from my personal savings. The kitchen and master bath were extensively remodeled. Hardwood flooring was used throughout the downstairs of the house and a new carpet was placed in the bedrooms upstairs. High energy-efficient, modern windows were installed throughout the house. Quartz countertops were placed in the kitchen and all the bathrooms. Waterfall countertops in the kitchen and master bath made it unique.
