Nick was busy again and found a great deal that Alicia and Brian purchased using Finance of America for the first time. The ranch-style home was a 3-bedroom, 2-bath, with a 2-car attached garage. Running the comps, we knew we had bought a house that had $25 to $30,000 in equity. With 2-bedrooms downstairs, we knew we could make the egress windows work to create a 5-bedroom home. After putting a sign in the yard which generated a lot of traffic and interest in Nick's other 2-houses. A lease and option were put in place and provided an avenue for Nick to purchase the home which we are currently working on. We replaced all the carpets, painted the interior walls, trim and windows, added granite bathroom countertops, a new kitchen countertop and had the cabinets professionally painted. New lighting was also installed.
