Nick found this house and Alicia & Brian bought it with cash from the sale of the home on Ricky Lane and leveraged credit cards. This was a foreclosure on the market for 304 days. The house was a split level with 3-bedrooms on the main level and 1 in the lower with an attached 2-car garage. We rehabbed the project with oak 6-panel doors, new bathrooms up and down, new lighting, texture/paint, and carpet on both levels. Nick decided to buy the house after the rehab and rented the upstairs unit, which was enough to pay the PITI with some cash-flow and he lived in the lower unit of the garage for free.
