Overall the interior was in good shape with some fluffing, however, the landscaping needed a lot of work. Most of the work was spent in the kitchen, I took it from drab to WOW! Five contractors were hired to complete specific jobs and although it wasn’t planned I completed a lot of the work myself. Which is why the ROI was so high.
