This deal was an off-market deal brought to us by the owner because we were rehabbing the house across the street. We removed three walls in this home to completely open up the front half of the home for an open concept kitchen, dining room, and living room. A lower after repair value meant we had to use our budget wisely. Simple things like using butcher block for the island countertop,"prehabbing" the basement by cleaning it out, tearing out the nasty paneling, painting the block walls and floor, updating the existing tub with new and modern hardware made this deal possible for a quick win.
