I found this deal on the multiple listing service. We replaced the deck, installed new floors and windows. We also tiled the master bath, added backsplash in kitchen & granite countertops throughout. The interior & exterior was freshly painted. There were several things that were unique about this project. This project taught us the importance of vetting our contractors thoroughly to make sure they can handle what they are hired to do, bring out the contract if necessary to enforce what was agreed too in writing & to keep a checklist of the scope of work to avoid any future confrontations.
