We did a full gut to this single family home built in the 1800's. We moved staircases, took out fireplaces/chimneys, created an open concept floor plan, all new windows and a slider door to the back yard. Moving the staircase allowed us to add a walk in closet and master bathroom on the second floor. We turned the attic into 800sf of space that helped us get just over 3000sf.
