This was a deal brought to us by one of the realtors we work with. The owners were getting old and the property needed repairs that they did not want to undertake in order to list it on the MLS. We put in our offer with a 7 days contingency so that we could take a more in-depth look. We then revised our offer down by $2500 and the offer was accepted. The home was purchased 1.24.20 rehabbed and put on the market 4.10.20. Got multiple offers and accepted the highest and best.
