We have been attending online training, webinars, and bootcamps more regularly since the Covid-19 crisis. We've gained a wealth of knowledge and were ready for our next investment property. We worked closely with Jacksonville Wealth Builders and the Passive Income Club to determine what rental property would fit our criteria and budget. At the end of May, we found a perfect rental property with JWB and went under contract with their 6-month mortgage guarantee. We are currently working with JWB's preferred conventional lender Graham Parham to fund the deal. We've been FortuneBuilders Mastery students since February 2019 and this will be our 3rd rental property in our portfolio. Some of the repairs are a new roof, HVAC, AC, flooring, electrical, and landscaping.
