We purchased this house in 1994. After raising our four kids here we moved and this became a rental for us. We had decided that we didn’t enjoy managing property and wanted to sell. We had already begun renovations when we found FortuneBuilders. We quickly realized that doing the reno ourselves was not the future we wanted!
