We located this property through a wholesaler and the spread made sense. We funded this project with a private money loan and completely updated the interior plus all yard fencing and landscaping. We concentrated on flooring, kitchen, and the master suite. The project began on 2/6/2020 and we finished the remodel on 5/15/2020. We spent one week to clean, stage and photograph prior to the rollout on MLS 5/27/2020. On 5/28/2020 we had 4 at or above asking offers, 2 cash. We closed the sale on 6/4/2020.
