The seller saw one of our Bandit Signs in his neighborhood and gave us a call at 8:30 pm at night and indicated that he needed help getting his late father’s house sold as-is and quickly. We were scheduled to be on a flight early the next day, so we knew that this opportunity would pass by if we didn’t physically look at the house. At 9:30 pm, we were doing our repair estimator and talking with the seller at the subject house. The very next day while flying down to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, we negotiated the price and put the house under contract.
