We got this deal from the MLS. We used ourselves as PML to fund this deal and Credit Cards, HELOC for gap funding. We made the following repairs to the property. We opened up the kitchen, refinished cabinets, new flooring, changed windows, kitchen and bathroom renovations. new front landscaping The house was in a flood zone, also fell off escrow twice. The first time the buyer retracted because the house was on a busy street and the second time we do not know. Also had to wait to close since the buyer had an FHA loan.
