We found the deal via a direct mail campaign to Absentee Owners. We funded the deal using a line of credit we have established through one of our lenders. This was the most unique part of the deal as the FortuneBuilders systems guided us to help build the relationship with a local credit union showing them our Lender Credibility packet and providing them with the systems we were using to manage the rehab process. The project was close to full rehab, windows, roof, siding, porches, doors, kitchen, baths.
