This was our very first deal we found on the MLS and a huge undertaking for the first project! It was a bank-owned property that had been sitting vacant for a long time, even the utilities were cut. We gutted, reconfigured, and remodeled the first level of the home, including the kitchen, bathroom, and adding an additional bathroom off the master bedroom. We removed trees, added fencing along with new sidewalks, curbs, and driveway. We ripped and replaced the roof, painted every room adding new light fixtures & fans, and put new carpet throughout the bedrooms. What was unique about this project was just the dynamic of putting everything together while dealing with the challenges of the town and the sale happening during covid-19 that was definitely not expected from anyone.
