Found this property on Redfin, our initial offer was rejected. The home fell out of escrow and we got a notification, we quickly had our agent make another offer. In order to secure it, we had to offer a little more than originally but the numbers still made sense. The property was used as an office therefore it wasn't in terrible shape, however, the kitchen was dark and closed off. We gave the home an open concept, closed some unnecessary doors and hallways. We put down flooring, upgraded kitchen and bathrooms, lots of landscaping clean out, and put down sod and plants. Took down lots of large bushes in the front that prevented any curb appeal.
