We purchased this property at a foreclosure auction, it was funded privately by the four partners. Repairs done included new granite countertops, new floors, painted inside, and pressure washed the whole house on the outside. What was unique about this deal was that a lot was saved in repairs because the partners on this deal did a lot of the work themselves so we saved money by not paying outside contractors.

At the Acquisitions Bootcamp Jeff taught us to partner up with our opposition and instead of chasing the price up at the auction and bidding against each other, we did this deal together. This resulted in us making more profit than we would have if we did the deal individually as we paid a lower price for the property.
