We added a bathroom, moved the kitchen into laundry room and added a new laundry room by the Main Bedroom. We created an En Suite to the Main Bedroom, rewired the entire house. This house received a new furnace, new floors, new windows and improved the overall landscape. This was a corner lot with a carport. The former garage had been converted with permits, but we redesigned that area to include a new entry and mudroom from the carport.
