6th Street South was part of a 4 house deal pocket listing from a realtor friend. We had all 4 houses under contact and simultaneously closed all 4, 3 going to 2 other investors and us closing on this property. It is a non conforming duplex that we renovated, rented and then sold on the income approach. Netting us an additional $80K dollars. Fantastic win on all sides!!! Tiered landlord was cashed out, 2 families were able to be relocated into safe and affordable housing, another investor purchased a cash flowing investment with their 1031 exchange, and CTHB was able to generate a profit!
