While attempting to solve a future life problem (where will we live while we build in Tennessee), we encountered that almost everyone building on the mountain was experiencing a rental shortage while building. So, when we saw the Jasper house pop up, not only did we love it as a future place to live while we build (years from now), but we seized the opportunity to rent it to those also needing a place while they build (who will be our neighbors)! We solved two problems with one house, and explored our first out of state rental.
