We had bought 6815 Puffin Lane as a single lot which was originally 3 lots. I went to the county and had them divided back into 3 single lots which we then sold for 50k profit at the closing table plus 12% interest on $108,375 that was owner financed. Both of these deals went through our individual LLC's, however, we are partners in Jan & San Homes, LLC. Janet's LLC is New American Capital and mine is SMC Real Estate Investments. We are happy to now be doing new builds in Jan & San Homes, LLC............coming soon!!! :-)
