This is a micro-flip with only cosmetic repairs. We upgraded and opened up the kitchen to make the whole living space spacious and seamless. We remodeled the bathroom, transforming it from a 80s' product to a stunning 21th century one. We repainted the whole house, inside-out, and added accent paints to make it modern and attractive. Redid the floors. Cleaned up the front and back yards. The whole job was finished in 22 days with our hard working contractors and project manager. At times, they work until 8 or 9 pm to fine tune the details.
