When my husband Jesse and I attended the 3 day bootcamp with Elisa Stabile in San Antonio, TX, she mentioned we could find deals on craigslist and also the MLS system. We found this deal on MLS and it was originally listed for $180,000. I also learned from Fortune Builders that we need to bid low so my initial offer was for $75,000 on October 8, 2019 via an email. I never heard back from the agent, but I kept the property on my CRM (also taught by FB). Two months later in November I contacted the realtor again and finally locked the deal down at $110,000! We demo'd the existing one and built a new 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2 story 2,369 square foot home then sold it for $570,300. I gave it a mid-century feel, a doggy bath and encased living room window!
