We found this deal networking with friends. A friend had passed away and the family wanted to sell the property. I established rapport with the family and was able to negotiate and secure the deal. I further secured private funds to fund the deal. This was a total rehab, we did the roof, created an open design, and level all internal floors, replaced flooring, kitchen, baths, lighting, internal and external doors, irrigation system, and landscaping. The result was a total transformation!
