This is the third home that we have purchased in this neighborhood. It is a frame home built in the 1940's. While remodeling another home in the neighborhood, we met the owner of this home. After consistent communication with the owner for one year, she finally decided to sell us the home. There were other people that were also trying to purchase this home. We had plans of renovating the home. The demo was complete and we had our crew scheduled to start rehab on a Monday. On the previous Friday, we received an AS-IS offer that we could not turn down. So we sold the home!!!
