The property is located in a great and peaceful neighborhood. It was fully rehabbed. Both bathrooms were remodeled and kitchen as well, creating a contemporary style using specific features. Closets were added in every bedroom. Electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems were completely renovated. All windows and doors were replaced. The property is now part of our rental portfolio and occupied by amazing tenants! We decided to use the services of a property management company to handle the rental process. rn
