This has been amazing! We just closed on two more Passive Income Properties with the Passive Income Club. We looked at higher yield cash flow properties as well as higher appreciation properties and decided this round we would purchase one of each. After some detailed study and advice from our coach, we pulled the trigger on a property in Memphis Tennessee and another in Dallas Texas. We moved with confidence and without hesitation because of the specialized training we received.rn As the rehabs on these properties were wrapping up, we had inspection reports, detailed appraisals, and property management all T’d up and ready to go! We were so happy that the appraisal numbers came in as expected and to our bigger surprise we had two year lease agreements signed by future tenants before we even closed financing.
