This deal came as a referral from my realtor. We made several repairs and updates throughout the house including painting the entire property inside and out. We also included new flooring throughout the home as well as refinished the hardwood throughout the house. rnThe kitchen was a total remodel which included opening up the floor, and new stainless steel appliances. We also replaced everything in all three bedrooms including removing the popcorn ceilings, new interior, and closing doors, hardware, and trim. rnUnique features included new Santa Barbara finished fireplace, barn door, new lighting inside and out and we knocked down some walls to open up the floor plan. rnThe house was listed by my realtor. rn
