We found this deal from an MLS search sent from our realtor. We showed up the day after it was listed to look at it, filled out the repair estimator, and submitted the offer the same evening. The next morning we got a counteroffer from the buyer's agent ($9,000 more than what we offered). After plugging in the number to the deal analyzer, we felt comfortable with the profit. We accepted the counter-offer. We found the funding through a local Mastery student to whom we had been building the relationship with since Full Immersion. Win-Win. We received a full price offer for the house a few hours after the Open House on Sunday afternoon. 3 days on the market. The whole project only took 116 days from closing to closing.
