A local Realtor brought this property to our attention. An investor had purchased it but did not have the time to rehab it so he listed it for sale. Knowing this property was in an extremely hot area we jumped all over this home. It had a small footprint of only a little over 1200sf but we knew we could utilize additional square footage from the walkable crawl space area. Originally the home was a 3/1 and we turned it into a 3/2 with an additional 250sf for a laundry room and work/play area.
