At first, we tried to purchase this house from the homeowners facing foreclosure. We were able to come to terms with them and help them out. Unfortunately, there was a tax lien on the house for about $33,000. The homeowners were unable to accept $33,000 less due to the amount owed on the property. The house ended up going into foreclosure. We were able to buy the home from the bank for less than what we offered the original homeowners. #WIN
