This was a deal on a mobile home in great condition inside of a mobile home park. The seller called me off of a bandit sign. I explained to the seller my intentions of bringing in a funding partner to purchase her mobile home and she was fine with it. I contracted the mobile home via email and the seller texted me pictures. I sent the deal to my buyer and he went out to view the property. We closed at a local notary and I made a quick $2,000 assignment fee without ever having to go out and view the property.
