This deal was found via Pocket listing through our network. We added a new roof and trim and removed all of the bushes outside. The kitchen was opened up, creating an open concept living space. The master bathroom was remodeled, and we gave the hall bathroom a facelift re-enameling the tile and counter. All cabinets were saved and painted high gloss white. Vinyl flooring was added throughout the home and extra seating at the window seat in the breakfast room. What was unique about this property was the sear amount of debris that needed to be removed from the home.
