We bought this house through a wholesaler agency, it was a great teaching lesson for us. When we toured the house we noticed that the basement did not have the expected height so we immediately had to make changes on the project to increase our profit. We did not have the best experience with the general contractor, however, we kept on going till the end. Throughout this journey we had several mistakes and challenges, however, we accomplished our first rehab deal and we are already looking for the next one. We were able to obtain a 90% financing, this process was very smooth and simple.
