We found this deal through the wholesaler. We funded it using a PML (8%) and home equity line that we have with our bank. The repairs included removal of one non-load-bearing wall to open up the 1st floor, installation of a new HVAC system, new carpet on the 2d floor and laminate on the 1st floor, remodeling bathrooms, kitchen, paint, installing a sump pump and fully finishing basement, partial repairing of the attic floor. We also installed an electric fireplace when we found out that the original wood fireplace required very expensive repair. We received a full price offer and signed contract on the second day of listing and closing took place in the midst of Covid-19, right before all closings.
